Noted for their “enlivening tautness and precision” and “shared musical values,” Annie Antonacos and Tracey Jasas-Hardel have been playing together for years as members of the Portland Piano Trio. As a trio, they have performed all over New England on chamber music series such as the Back Cove Contemporary Music Festival and Portsmouth Atheneum. They are serving as the first musicians-in-residence of 240 Strings, a Portland, Maine-based nonprofit dedicated to providing private music lessons to economically-challenged children in Portland, and providing affordable community concerts. 240 Strings was awarded a Maine Arts Award in 2018.
