Get ready to spin, twirl, and dance with hula hoops! In this workshop we will cover some beginner friendly hula hooping tricks as well as the fundamental pieces of circus style hula hooping! Please come dressed in comfortable/movable clothing. Hula hoops will be provided for students to use in class. All you need to bring is a water bottle and a desire to learn something new!
