August 18, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Winnie the Pooh performance is RESCHEDULED for Thursday, August 18 at 7pm
Musical Theater Camp will perform Winnie The Pooh, an adaptation written by Mary Bastoni-Rebmann based on the books of author A. Milne. Winnie The Pooh is about honesty, friendships, and kind-heartedness, which goes a long way these days. The adventures and exploits of Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Tigger, Owl, Rabbit and a few additional surprises in the 100 acre forest keep us pondering big life questions in a most tangible and useful way.
“You can’t stay in your corner of the Forest waiting for others to come to you. You have to go to them sometimes.”
Winnie-the-Pooh was named after a teddy bear owned by author A. Milne’s son, Christopher Robin Milne, on whom the character Christopher Robin was based. His son’s toys Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, and Tigger, Owl and Rabbit, were created by Milne’s imagination and brought to life through generations of imaginations. This performance is a Pay-What-You-Can with a suggested donation of $10.
