MUSICAL THEATER CAMP with MARY BASTONI
July 22-26 (max:15 students) 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Ages 7-16 $100
Denmark Arts Center will celebrate 25 years of programming and one of the original camps has been the Children’s Musical Theater Workshop under the direction of Mary Bastoni-Rebmann.
This 5 day workshop will be held July 22-26 with a performance on Saturday, July 27 at Noon (open to the public). During the week, The class will put together a fully staged production with music and costumes. Activities include staging, character building, singing and movement and lots of fun! Class size is limited so sign up soon and don’t miss this years summer opportunity to shine! The camp is open to ages 7 – 16. (Pack a lunch, snacks, and drink for the day).
Mary Bastoni is the wonderful director and costume designer of the most recent sold out production of Disney’s The Lion King Jr. play at M&D productions. Mary teaches at the School of Music at the University of Southern Maine and at Mountain Top Music Center.
