August 20 (Thursday) Watercolor Collage Art-Kids Zoom Camp Class at 10am –KIDS ZOOM CAMP Classes are FREE this summer!
Join us via zoom for some fun experimenting with watercolors and collage! We will explore various watercolor techniques to create a patterned and textured paper then we will cut the paper into shapes and reassemble as a collage
Recommended for ages 6+. Students under 10 may benefit from adult assistance at times.
Each Kids Zoom Camp includes a camp kit with all the art supplies needed for the Zoom Camp class. Thank you to Blick Art Materials for their generous support. This Zoom Camp class is taught by Olivia Benish, a local artist and art teacher at the Molly Ockett School. Her artwork is reflective of nature in both the literal and abstract sense shown in acrylic painting on gold leaf, pen and ink drawing, mixed media collage and photography.
Kids Camp KITS will be available for curbside pickup at Denmark Arts Center on Monday August 17, between 12-4pm (COVID protocol followed). Sign-up before August 16 and your Zoom registration code will be sent to you via email.
