The Winds of Change Are Upon Us—YET AGAIN!
Our 2024 season was aptly themed Winds of Change, of which there were many!
A new outside door, painting side door, lead abatement and painting of the front of our building, flowers and butterflies festooning our bathroom walls, a new logo, new sign, and finally our new website and DAC merchandise ready for the holidays.
The Carabine Family created the Christmas Spirit at Denmark Arts Center’s Holiday Open House with our beautiful Christmas tree. Thank you for making our season one of beauty.
Kennett High School art teacher and DAC camp instructor Olivia Benish Chaffee transformed our community’s transfer station with a mural on the bottle and cans redemption unit. Now it will be hard to miss where to donate your returnables!
The last winter storm blew in with vengeance and snow the weight of a filled dumpster. Consequently, our side ramp railings were pulled of the posts and smashed to bits. Kackley Carpentry acted quickly and had DAC in ADA compliance for our evening performance of A Christmas Carol with a full house in attendance. Thank you Stephen!
Hannaford Bloomin’ 4 Good Bouquets program is donating partial proceeds to Denmark Arts Center during the month of December. Instead of chocolates for a gift, make it a holiday bouquet and spread the LOVE.
Happy Holidays with lots of peace and prosperity to all!
